We invite you to discover a place where elegance and authenticity are fully expressed. Perfectly integrated into the landscape of the Gers, this discreet and genuine region of Southwest France, our two residences promise serenity and togetherness. Here, generous gastronomy and a rich historical past combine to create truly memorable stays.
Our two houses, The Orangerie and The Stables (Les Écuries), each have their own distinct character and all the comforts you need to feel completely at home... but better! The domaine belongs to the Castelbajac family and you will find some designs and personal touches of JC de Castelbajac, cousin of the family.
L'Orangerie: Classic Chic and Bright
L'Orangerie, facing Les Écuries, is a charming house with generous proportions. As soon as you step inside, you'll feel a super cozy ambiance where old and modern blend perfectly. Its large living areas are just perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together.

Ground Floor: Fluid and Welcoming Living Space

- A warm living room with a beautiful open stone fireplace – ideal for cozy evenings when it's chilly.

Upstairs: Well-Designed Sleeping Area
- An open lounge area that transforms into a game room or TV corner for the kids (or adults!).
- One double bedroom and three flexible bedrooms (twin or double beds, as you prefer).
- Two full bathrooms with WCs.
- An extra single bed is discreetly placed in a passageway for flexible sleeping, and a baby cot is available.
Les Écuries: The Warm Soul of Stone
Just opposite L'Orangerie, Les Écuries reveals a unique and playful ambiance. We fell in love with its old stone walls, which we've paired with family furniture, antique finds, and vibrant touches by Jean-Charles de Castelbajac. It's warm, stylish, and truly has its own personality!

Ground Floor: Communal Living
- A bright entrance with a mezzanine and old train station stairs that tell a story.
- A large open-plan living area where everything is connected: a super functional kitchen (with a high chair for little ones), dining room, and living room with an open stone fireplace – the heart of the home.
- Direct access to a private terrace with a BBQ and garden furniture for your outdoor meals.
- A small lounge/TV room for unwinding.
- One double bedroom and a bathroom with separate WCs, designed to be accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Upstairs: Restful Bedrooms

The Garden: Your Paradise for Play and Relaxation
The Domaine also features an immense park! You'll always find a quiet spot to read under a tree, go for a stroll, or simply recharge. We even have a beautiful meadow and a woodland perfect for building cabins – a dream for children (and nostalgic adults!).
- Games and Sports Area: A giant play area awaits children with a large swing, a slide, and plenty of games available (badminton, volleyball, pétanque, molkky...).
- Indoor Game Room: L'Orangerie has a large dedicated game room with a ping-pong table, foosball, and ample space for all sorts of activities.
- The Swimming Pool: Our large 12x7m pool is secured for everyone's peace of mind. Around it, a vast deck with numerous sun loungers, deck chairs, and parasols invites you to relax. The open pool house is the ideal place to read in the shade.
- Good to know: The pool is open from mid-May to early October.
Each gîte benefits from private access and its own terraces, ensuring privacy during your holiday. And of course, access to the pool and the outdoor play area (ping-pong, swings, slide, sandpits...) is shared and easy for all guests of the Domaine.

Séjour incroyable au calme avec une belle décoration
L'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire, les équipements présents et la beauté des lieux ont contribué à nous faire passer un séjour incroyable. Nous avons pu fêter mon anniversaire avec l'ensemble de mes proches. Nous avons pu profiter de la vue, des chambres de qualité avec un grand nombre de salles de bains, des cuisines très bien équipées pour cuisiner pour beaucoup et du domaine au calme et très bien entretenu.
Réunion d'équipe au Domaine
Un séjour court d'une nuit au domaine du château avec un groupe de 16 personnes. Très très bon moment autour d'un cadre magnifique nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps. L'hôte est très accueillante, disponible et arrangeante. Je recommande sans hésitation.
Une semaine merveilleuse!
Une semaine merveilleuse dans la campagne gersoise! Un lieu exceptionnel avec une immense piscine et tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de supers vacances en famille. L'accueil était parfait et les recommandations locales correspondaient tout à fait à nos besoins. Je recommande ++++
A fun and touristic week end!
A delicious stay. We were a group of 18 friends and family and it was a good choice to choose this house. Spacious, nicely decorated, with all the details in the kitchen, a delicious place. We enjoyed the pool and garden, everything was very well maintained, oh, and the game room! Anne was very helpful and kind, she made many recommendations, took care of the reservations of the sites, and was attentive at all times to make sure we enjoyed and had a good time. We will definitely be back. Choosing this house and this area to spend a few days on vacation and get to know the surroundings was a great success.

Maison idéale pour les grands groupes. Propre, bien équipée avec toutes les commodités, beaux jardins, piscine, salle de jeux, etc. Fortement recommandée.
Family Reunion
Nous avons passé quelques jours merveilleux dans cette maison de campagne française. Ses pièces à vivre spacieuses offrent beaucoup d'espace. Ses jardins sont très agréables.
Séminaire à la campagne
Nous avons loué les deux gites pour un séminaire d'entreprise. Tout s'est très bien passé. Les maisons sont spacieuses, et très joliment décorées. Tout est fonctionnel. La litterie est bonne. La piscine est très grande et la température de l'eau idéale. Le parc est très agréable et nous sommes isolés de tout. Un vrai lieu de repos! Anne France est très réactive et s'est employée à satisfaire nos moindres demandes. Un accueil au top! Nous recommandons vivement ce domaine!
